This Privacy Policy describes how Cristian Gonzalez, a licensed Florida real estate agent affiliated with eXp Realty (FL License #3633800) ("we", "us", or "I") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gonzalez.realtor (the "Site").
Information I collect
I collect only the information you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to run the Site.
Information you provide
- Contact details you submit through a form on the Site: first name, email address, and phone number.
- Context about your situation: buyer / seller / home-value / investor-relocation / VA guide, your budget range, timeline, property address (if you request a valuation), and any free-text notes you include.
- Correspondence: emails, texts, or voicemails you send to me.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web logs created by the hosting provider (Netlify), including IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamp. Used only for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic measurement.
- The Site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
How I use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request.
- To send the lead-magnet PDF you requested (for example, the VA home buying guide).
- To follow up by phone, text, or email about homes, market conditions, or next steps in your transaction, if you have asked me to.
- To comply with legal, tax, and real estate regulatory obligations.
Service providers I use
I share only what is needed with the following providers to run the Site and respond to you. They act only as processors on my behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- Netlify: Site hosting and form submission handling. Netlify privacy.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery of lead-magnet guides and reply emails. Resend privacy.
- Google Fonts: Serves the display fonts used on the Site. Google privacy.
- Calendly: Used only when you click a "Book a call" link and voluntarily schedule a meeting. Calendly privacy.
- eXp Realty: My sponsoring brokerage. I may share transaction information with eXp as required by brokerage, legal, or regulatory obligations.
How I share information
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not use it for behavioral advertising. I will share information only in these limited cases:
- With the service providers listed above, as needed to run the Site and respond to you.
- With trusted referral partners (for example, a VA-experienced lender or a title company) only if you ask me to connect you with one.
- If required by law, court order, or in response to a valid government request.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case I will notify you before your information is transferred.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Confirm whether I hold personal information about you, and provide a copy.
- Correct or update your information.
- Delete your information (subject to any records I am required to keep for real estate, tax, or legal reasons).
- Stop contacting you. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email, reply STOP to any text, or ask me directly.
Florida residents have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where applicable. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA where applicable.

Data retention
I keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate recordkeeping, tax, and legal requirements. Form submissions and related correspondence are typically retained for the duration of our client relationship plus the period required by Florida real estate law.
Security
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the service providers listed above, each of which maintains industry-standard security controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; I take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
