I was born and raised in Marion County, Florida, and watched Ocala grow from a quiet horse town into one of Florida's most in-demand real-estate markets. That gives me a perspective that transplant agents cannot have. I know which neighborhoods were quiet twenty years ago and are hot now, which developments age well, and which "deals" are not actually deals when you factor in the real cost of ownership.
U.S. Navy Veteran
I served in the United States Navy. Service shaped how I run my business: show up on time, do what you said you would do, communicate clearly, and treat other people's resources like they are your own. It is also why serving fellow Veterans and military families is a focus of my practice. Nothing frustrates me more than seeing a Veteran leave money on the table because an agent did not understand the VA home loan benefit.
IT and automation background
Before real estate, I worked in information technology and automation. That background shows up in how I serve clients today: live MLS alerts tuned to your actual criteria, dashboards that track the health of every listing, same-day lead response, and transaction-milestone communication so buyers and sellers always know where things stand. I run my business on systems, not sticky notes.

How I think about the work
My tagline is "I don't just find homes, I engineer your wealth." That is not a slogan. It is how I pick which deals to recommend, how I negotiate, and how I advise clients on timing. A house is almost always the largest financial decision a family makes. Treating it like a lifestyle purchase alone, instead of a long-term financial instrument, costs people real money. I would rather you buy later and buy right than buy now and regret it.
